Hackathon 2015 2/27-2/28

During this two day Hackathon, Computer Science students will team up with Communication Design students to design apps for wearable devices.

We’re talking about Google Glass, Moto360 and Apple Watch, people. You can’t get any cooler than that!

Students will work together to concept, design, and code a working prototype of their app, taking the best of what both skill-sets have to offer.

If you are a communication design or a computer science student – graduate or undergraduate – email Grayson Lawrence (gl16@txstate.edu) to snag a spot on a team. Don’t worry if you don’t know anyone of the other discipline. We’ll find you partners! Also, don’t worry if you’re a newbie. We’ll make sure you get on a team with some experienced folks. All skill levels are welcome.

We’re lining up judges from companies that hire teams of both disciplines. This will be a great opportunity to network with professionals in the field.

We will be providing food and snacks during the two days.
