The MFA Program has a big night planned for January 26 starting at 6pm.
Thesis students Alexa Goldberg, Lisa McDaniel, Blake Miller, and Cesar Rivera will showcase their research in the new J.C. Mitte flex space gallery.
Students in the fall semester’s history course, Issues & Criticism, will release their student publication called Pause/Play.
The $1,000 Concept Award will be awarded to a student. MFA faculty were invited to nominate students who did outstanding work (based on concept, ideation, ambition, impact, interdisciplinary, or thesis research). Nominees were invited to submit a one pager, outlining their project/work. The submissions are reviewed by a design professional who will pick the best work.
So, mark your calendars, let’s all get together, and start the semester out with a great night.
